Job Description
Cimplex Marketing Group, Inc. is a marketing research firm based in California and Tokyo. We provide boutique services for a wide range of clients from startups to global enterprises and governments. We are seeking Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team in inside sales, marketing and client relation management.

Job Duties

  • Identify business prospects from various sources and compile information in database
  • Generate leads by direct mail, email, and other tools
  • Help organize marketing campaigns and track performance
  • Create contents for company’s website, social media, newsletter and literature
  • Assist account managers in creating proposals, scheduling meetings and implementing CRM activities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and complete requests
  • Attend meetings with prospects/clients and keep records
  • Support administrative tasks including document filing, shipping and purchasing

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 5 years+ experience in sales or relevant field
  • Professional level proficiency in Japanese and English (written & verbal)
  • Demonstrated computer skills and software knowledge including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Practical experience in WordPress, blog, social media and email marketing
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or creative work
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Business acumen, critical thinking and curiosity
  • Self-motivated, responsible and punctual personality

Job Description
Cimplex Marketing Group, Inc. is a marketing research firm based in California and Tokyo. We provide boutique services for a wide range of clients from startups to global enterprises and governments. We are seeking a passionate talent to join our research team. Project Coordinator will play a center role in coordinating research projects and assisting in marketing tasks.

Job Duties

  • Manage data on consumer research panel and track records
  • Reach prospects and promote opt-ins for panel through various outlets
  • Distribute research opportunity notifications via email, social media, classified ad and other tools
  • Communicate with vendors such as research facility and intepreter and coordinate for project timeline
  • Conduct screening on prospects from the panel
  • Respond to participants and handle incentives
  • Assist researchers in field and desk research
  • Attend meetings with clients and keep records
  • Support administrative tasks including document filing, shipping and purchasing

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 3 years+ experience in project coordination, business administration or relevant field such as event planning
  • Professional level proficiency in Japanese and English (written & verbal)
  • Demonstrated computer skills and software knowledge such as Excel
  • Ability to oversee all aspects of project, coordinate tasks and communicate with team members
  • Attentive to details
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of marketing research (FGI, survey etc.)
  • Experience in blog, social media and mass email
  • Business acumen, critical thinking and curiosity
  • Self-motivated, responsible and punctual personality
